Costs are tailored to your situation, but here is a general breakdown to set expectations:

- **Initial set up and configuration**: a one-off fee for the initial set up of GitHub, Netlify, and/or CloudCannon. Most initial setups fall in the range of €500–€2,000 depending on complexity.

- **Maintenance and support**: a recurring monthly or annual fee for hosting and deployment maintenance. Typical retainers start at €150/month for basic support.

- **Project management and delivery**: project-based pricing for site migrations, redesigns, and custom integrations. Small projects typically start at €2,500; larger engagements are scoped individually.

**What happens if I discontinue the services?**

You keep ownership of your site content, configuration, and customizations. Your site stays on the open-source stack and keeps benefiting from upstream updates. You will become responsible for maintenance and support yourself, including potential upgrades for (major) upstream updates.

**Do I need any additional licenses?**

You require additional licenses for GitHub, Netlify, and CloudCannon, pending needs. Please check the individual pricing pages of these providers for additional details. If preferred, we can offer a single invoice that includes third-party charges.

- **GitHub**: $4 USD per user/month for a [Team license](https://github.com/pricing) (required for branch protection on private repositories)

- **Netlify**: $20 USD per user/month for a [Pro license](https://www.netlify.com/pricing/) (required for private repositories)

- **CloudCannon**: $49 USD per month for a [Standard license](https://cloudcannon.com/pricing/) (3 users included)
